Sarah Briscoe

Director, Global Strategy and Operations

At the helm of Firefly Millward Brown’s operational endeavors is Sarah Briscoe who overlooks Firefly’s global network operations, ensures operational and financial efficiencies, and promotes standardization for the company’s key initiatives around the globe. Bred for this role, Sarah originally joined Greenfield Consulting Group (now Firefly North America) as a global project manager. Successful, and never failing to pass an opportunity for new challenges and experiences, she subsequently took on a dual role—serving part-time as Director of Global Operations and as Project Director for Firefly US.

As the Director of Global Strategy and Operations, Sarah plays a strategic role in putting Firefly’s global “network” first. She is in charge of best practices, training new team members and identifying ways to expand Firefly’s global network of services. As Project Director for Firefly US, she worked across a variety of industries, managing over 500 qualitative research projects in over 40 countries.

With her pragmatic sense of humor and knack for managing cross-functional and global operations, Firefly’s global network initiatives are bound for growth as Sarah leads this function at the company.

Sarah holds a Master’s degree in Merchandising Management, International Retailing from Michigan State University and a Bachelor’s in French Literature from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
